CRAFT BEER BLOG, MY DASH, TRAVEL

Elliott Bay Brewing Company

Just getting into town and feeling the deep rooted urge to get our brewery trip started we decided to hit the place that was the closest and that had food. Elliott Bay is about 10 minutes from Seattle-Tacoma International.
It was your typical brewery restaurant: the local guy sitting solo at the bar having his “usual”, the television showing the game for the local sports team, average food, and a quirky bartender. It was good. The beers were nothing so special but hey we’re decent. They were organic. The sampler tray only consisted of five of them and there was really not an option to have tastes of the other beers. The bartender was nice and poured us a splash of their imperial up aunt otherwise, it was pints. All in all, it was not a bad start to our Seattle craft beer trip and brewery number 203.
